Oded Hachimi was born and raised in Israel, once 18 joined the Army. The time he spent in the Military was specialized in security and technology. He moved to the United States in 2003 with the American Dream of starting a business that he could call his  own.  He began working in the electrical / digital media field traveling all over the United States and saw the flaws in the big business model. When his daughter was born in 2007 her safety became a primary concern. He installed a basic security system into his home, but consistently had issues with the provider and knew there had to be a better solution. What started as a desire to protect his daughter  became a passion to create safety  for families, communities, and business. This was the catalyst the founded ICU Surveillance System in 2013. It began by providing basic security cameras in private residences. A  few years later, ICU Surveillance System became ICU Smart Solutions, a larger business providing comprehensive security systems for residential and commercial real state as well as developing diverse surveillance plans for local commerce, communities and construction companies.

ICU Smart Solutions  also specialized in smart homes, audio and video technology, home automation, IT services and much more. Oded and his entire team values  the importance developing long lasting personal relationships with his clients. He believes this is paramount  in order to understand the specific needs of the individual and/or company to provide service.
